**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Client Care Specialist. This part-time role offers flexibility, allowing you to work every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturday of the month from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

Our Adult Residential Unit is located in Maryville, IL, and we prioritize creating a safe and sanitary living environment for our consumers. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, facility staff members, and consumers to ensure a supportive community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide consumer-driven services that promote personal responsibility, self-advocacy, and hopefulness.
  • Refer and link consumers to community resources that support their well-being.
  • Attend meetings and consumer staffings to develop programs that foster growth and empowerment.
  • Work with co-workers to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Answer calls, receive and distribute mail, and monitor video surveillance equipment where applicable.

**Requirements:**

  • A bachelor's degree and Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) certification or Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Counselor (CRADC) certification in good standing with the State of Illinois.
  • Or a bachelor's degree with five years' mental health, substance use, or other social service experience and obtain CADC within two years of hire.
  • Or a combination of college and experience.
  • Preference for crisis intervention or co-occurring experience/training.
  • A valid driver's license, private automobile insurance, and insurability are required.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word, email, and electronic medical record (EMR) experience, are necessary.
