Job Overview

As a leader of the Site Reliability Engineering team, you will oversee the development and implementation of strategies that drive efficiency, reliability, and innovation within our infrastructure.

  • Develop and execute plans to improve team performance and career growth
  • Prioritize projects and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement by identifying manual activities that can be optimized
  • Collaborate with partner teams to enhance infrastructure reliability
  • Lead crisis management efforts to develop sustainable solutions
  • Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Provide training and support to partner teams and new hires

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in team management and leadership
  • Expertise in cloud operations, follow-the-sun, and distributed teams
  • Knowledge of software, platform, and infrastructure delivery as a service
  • ITIL v3 principles and methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to integrate AI into work processes
