Job Title: Community Infrastructure Development Manager

The role of a Community Infrastructure Development Manager is pivotal in shaping the future of our city. This position involves devising and implementing strategies to understand, advocate for, and deliver community infrastructure that meets our future needs.

About Our City

We are experiencing exponential growth and aim to fulfill our role as a Strategic Metropolitan Centre. To achieve this, we need to continue planning for and thinking differently about how we develop our built environment so that our community has access to safe, functional, and sustainable spaces.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver community infrastructure projects
  • Advocate for our community infrastructure and lead the implementation of the CIP Plan
  • Consolidate and evolve our approach to understanding community needs and delivering our community infrastructure

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership of a team working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully advocating for investment into community initiatives, infrastructure, and projects
  • Extensive experience in managing planning and development projects in government or private practice
