Course Advisor Opportunity

The role of Course Advisor involves guiding course enquirers through options and enrolment procedures, encouraging potential students to pursue career pathways.

This is a permanent full-time position offering flexibility with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Occasionally, adjustments between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM may be required.

  • Provide timely responses and follow-ups on enquiries via phone or email.
  • Build relationships with course enquirers while developing positive communication and dialogue.
  • Encourage enrolment using a consultative approach.
  • Achieve performance targets and meet customer needs.
  • Maintain course enquirer records in the CRM System.
About You

We seek a passionate individual who inspires students about career opportunities in chosen programs.

  • Previous experience in a course advisory or equivalent sales-based position.
  • Experience in student services or telephone-based roles within an education provider or RTO is highly regarded.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience in utilising CRM systems to manage client relationships.

Training will be provided as part of this close-knit team.
