Marketing Campaign Manager

The primary objective of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of marketing campaigns across the student communications journey. This encompasses overseeing campaign data for both current and prospective students, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
This position involves developing and enhancing marketing automations, including identifying new requirements and potential improvements. Collaboration with the communications team will occur to design journey flows, segmentation strategies, and prospect pathways.
Campaign performance evaluation and testing will be conducted to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, support for internal stakeholders will be provided, including platform updates and assistance with IT and Salesforce-related requests.
- Bachelor's degree in a marketing or business-related field is preferred
- Marketing Cloud experience is essential
- Experience working with CRM data is beneficial
- Understanding of complex data structures is advantageous
- Background in Business Analytics or Functional Analytics is highly desirable
