NDIS Data Administrator Role
This is a key position within our organisation, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all funding and estimates tasks. The NDIS Data Administrator will process estimates updates, generate service bookings on the NDIS Portal, and assist with other ad-hoc account tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process estimates updates in a timely manner to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Generate service bookings on the NDIS Portal to facilitate efficient client management
- Assist with other ad-hoc account tasks as required to support business operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the database
- Proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise to minimise disruptions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a data entry role with attention to detail and organisational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Results-driven and strategic thinking to drive business outcomes
- High level of numeracy and analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Able to work independently and take initiative to achieve goals
Desirable Skills:
- Experience using case management software and systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of appointment-based finance systems and processes
- Experience working in a similar service environment with a focus on client satisfaction
