RiverSea Mosman Park is an award-winning, 44-bed dementia-specific home with a community feel where staff and residents work together to deliver exceptional care.

The Home Manager will lead the site-based team in delivering high-quality care and hospitality services in collaboration with residents and their representatives. They will act as a primary advocate and key contact for the resident and their representatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the site-based team in the delivery of care and hospitality services
  • Acting as a primary advocate and key contact for the resident and their representatives
  • Ensuring operational efficiency through resource utilisation
  • Contributing to organisational strategy, planning, and implementation

This role offers flexibility, including full-time or part-time hours, depending on needs, and reports directly to the Head of Care. A dynamic team and great location make this a highlight of the role.

Candidates should bring experience working in residential environments, direct client-facing roles, and leadership positions. Computer literacy and strong communication skills are essential.
