">Electrical Specialist Position

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work as a skilled Electrical Specialist in a well-established and dynamic manufacturing environment.

  • Maintain electrical equipment according to occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and other relevant standards.
  • Utilize advanced PLC controlled manufacturing equipment to diagnose faults and optimize plant performance.
  • Develop and implement programs to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Manage and improve computer-driven manufacturing equipment and control systems.
  • Implement maintenance planning schedules to maximize quality production output.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to develop and refine the Preventative Maintenance System.
  • Design innovative solutions to create best-practice manufacturing processes.
  • Establish strong working relationships with production operators to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors and suppliers.
  • Provide training and assistance to plant operators for equipment maintenance and use.
  • Develop tests and fixtures to ensure product quality and operating requirements are met.
  • Take full responsibility for personal safety and well-being, minimize risk, and adhere to the highest safety, health, and environmental standards.

This position requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical maintenance and be able to adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
