About the Role

You'll be working closely with our Performance Manager to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive online leads and engagement through paid channels such as Search, Social, Display, Video, and Partnerships.

The role is responsible for developing campaign strategies, delivering against business objectives, and ensuring customers are at the centre of our activities.

You'll act as champion of digital marketing for both Lendi Group's Brokers and Customers, driving online engagement and growth through data-driven insights and campaign optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development & execution of integrated marketing campaigns to deliver against Marketing & Business objectives
  • Ideate new acquisition opportunities to test & scale with the assistance of the wider internal teams
  • Manage digital activity within respective platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads Manager, Digital Partnerships, and others
  • Assist in management of digital partnerships (paid links, eDMs, content)
  • Utilise internal analytics tools to identify key areas of opportunity across the acquisition portfolio
  • Drive digital integration across all marketing activities including reporting & optimisation
  • Provide ongoing support of national advertising media plans across offline & online media
  • Work closely with state-based Marketing Managers to support regional marketing programs delivering state & regional acquisition targets
  • Budget management, including budgeting, requisitioning, and invoicing
  • Ensure brand consistency, integrity, and a consistent approach across all marketing communications
  • Ensure all marketing meets legal, statutory, internal audit, and compliance standards
Requirements
  • 1-3 years Digital Marketing experience or equivalent
  • Experience with Google Ads is essential
  • Proven digital marketing campaign strategic thinking, project management, and accurate reporting of results
  • Ability to proactively identify risks and communicate effectively to your Performance Manager
  • Work collaboratively with other Business Units and team members
  • Programmatic experience with DV360 is preferred

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
