About This Role

We are seeking a Medical Affairs Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the medical affairs team, you will be responsible for managing medical information inquiries, developing and maintaining standard response letter repositories, and overseeing the activities of our Tier 1 medical information vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage medical information inquiries in partnership with our Tier 1 Medical Information Vendor
  • Develop and maintain MI standard response letter repository
  • Oversee the Tier 1 medical information vendor activities
  • Partner with commercial quality and drug safety to deliver safe and compliant programs
  • Analyse medical data and disseminate reports/dashboards
  • Maintain and facilitate Biogen monitoring initiatives
  • Assist with medical projects

Requirements:

You will have a strong background in medical information, with at least 5 years of experience in the pharma industry. You will also have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science, and excellent Microsoft Office skills. Additionally, you will have a working knowledge of the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Sales Force and Health Cloud
  • Excel and data Analytics
