Victoria Jury Trial Coordinator

About this role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Jury Coordinator. In this position, you will be working closely with judges and their staff to coordinate jury trials. You will be the key link between circuit operations and the leadership team, supporting planning and forecasting responsibilities for the respective jury district.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone and counter enquiries
- Providing information on jury service
- Attending court
- Communicating with court staff
- Other administrative tasks
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be enthusiastic and able to present information to groups. You will also be organized, have excellent computer and data entry skills, and be able to work within a small team.
