Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and data analysis to support property valuation and appraisal
  • Participate in supervised site inspections and field work to gather data and information
  • Compile and present reports and spreadsheets, including data transfer, formatting, and formulas
  • Liaise with client representatives to understand their needs and requirements
  • Utilize our in-house valuation program to analyze data and provide insights
  • Assist in arranging project plans and site inspections
  • Support senior staff with general valuation, research, and analysis tasks
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Be flexible and adapt to priority task changes

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree (or soon to be completed) in Property Valuation
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and computer competency
  • Be organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Have a desire and willingness to learn new skills to complement existing skills
  • Ability to deliver results on time and in full
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Confident communicator in all forms
  • Analytical mindset
  • Team player with high integrity and energy
  • Level-headed nature and organized under pressure
  • Will to travel regionally and nationally
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in financial reporting, insurance, and/or market valuations
  • Demonstration of strong logistical, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Strong Excel and systems capabilities
