Job Description

Casual educators play a pivotal role in nurturing young minds. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive and warm atmosphere that encourages every child to explore and learn through engaging experiences.

Responsibilities
  1. Nurture and care for children's intellectual growth
  2. Support a team of educators in delivering high-quality learning experiences
  3. Develop innovative learning experiences through play-based activities
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve best practice
  5. Build genuine relationships with children and families
  6. Foster continuous improvement through personal growth and development
  7. Maintain a welcoming and safe environment for all
Qualifications and Skills
  • An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Child Protection Training
  • Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
  • Ability to work rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm
