We are seeking an organised and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Front of House Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service
- Processing orders, receiving and maintaining stock levels
- Assisting the sales team with stock queries and pricing
- Following up with customer inquiries
- Maintaining showroom presentation
- Providing flexible support to other staff members when required
Requirements for Success:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry abilities
- Outstanding organisational and administrative capabilities
- Able to pick up new processes and information efficiently
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality
- Current vaccination certificates and Police check
