Deli Department Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delicatessen Manager to join our team at Coles. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the deli department, ensuring exceptional customer service, sales growth, and a positive team culture.
About You- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Able to maintain high standards of department presentation, stock management, and quality control, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Passionate about driving a one-team culture, celebrating success, and prioritizing team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Committed to delivering an outstanding shopping experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
