Strategic Leadership Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Organisational Development and Learning team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in building future-ready leaders and closing competency gaps across all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end leader induction program for externally recruited and internally promoted leaders.
  • Create and manage a modular, blended learning solution which supports leaders to execute what is expected of them in leading team members.
  • Create and manage a leadership mentoring program, including developing learning resources to ensure mentors and mentees are set up for success.
  • Apply learning and development expertise to design blended learning solutions which are fit for purpose and deliver maximum return on investment.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated excellence in facilitation, with a genuine passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  • Proven experience applying instructional design principles.
  • Proven experience with eLearning authoring tools such as RISE and Articulate.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent and at least 7 years' experience in senior learning and development roles in a corporate working environment.
