Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the delivery of maintenance services in the Adelaide region.

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing a dedicated team, coordinating trades and service vans, and ensuring all maintenance work is delivered to a high standard.

You'll work closely with the building manager to proactively address recurring issues, reduce costs, and improve long-term outcomes for our customers and the business.

This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role where you'll make a tangible impact on the post-construction experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a dedicated team of one van driver and coordinate trades and service vans.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is delivered to a high standard.
  • Work closely with the building manager to address recurring issues, reduce costs, and improve outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A trade background or Certificate IV in Building & Construction.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing people, performance, and outcomes.
  • Solid knowledge of residential construction practices and maintenance standards.
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
  • A valid Driver's License and White Card.
