Join our team of dedicated professionals to make a positive impact in the lives of customers who require support with their day-to-day living. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide quality 24/7 care in supported independent living accommodation settings ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • You will provide direct support across a range of customer needs including domestic and personal care assistance as well as assisting customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.

We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, providing support to customers with varying levels of need. You will be required to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availability.

About You
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
  • Ability to use computers and learn a variety of software/programs
