We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in New South Wales.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living, including domestic and personal care assistance.
- Help clients access and engage with their community, promoting social inclusion and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other support workers to create a safe and nurturing environment for clients.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in using computers and learning new software programs, with a strong aptitude for technology.
- Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Availability to work a range of shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and sleepovers, to meet client needs.
