Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth across various segments, you will be responsible for managing and growing top-tier accounts, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with national and property-based account managers to maximize group-wide performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow top-tier accounts by building strong relationships and identifying high-value opportunities for the hotel and region.
  • Develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis, identifying emerging trends and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with national and property-based account managers to share best practices, leverage each other's expertise, and drive collective success.
  • Lead presentations and negotiations with consortia, travel agents, and conference organizers to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions, optimize strategies, and drive long-term profitability.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports, as well as quotations, to stakeholders and management.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales calls, site inspections, and industry events to build brand awareness, establish relationships, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
