About the Role

This is a dynamic hands-on position that requires an experienced professional to oversee maintenance activities and ensure regulatory compliance.

The key duties of this role include:

  • Airworthiness: Fulfill the duties of a Maintenance Controller in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Ensure all aircraft remain airworthy, adhering to regulatory requirements and manufacturer recommendations.
  • Liaise with authorities on all variations, exclusions, special flight permits and extensions
  • Maintenance Activities: Oversee all maintenance activities, including scheduled inspections, repairs, and modifications, to ensure they are carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines governing maintenance operations.
  • Record Keeping: Support records team to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including logs, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Communications: liaise with personnel, operations, authorities, and other stakeholders regarding maintenance-related matters, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
About You

The successful candidate will bring previous experience in an Airworthiness role.

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following skills and attributes:

  • Solid knowledge of regulations & standards (Mandatory)
  • Experience in working autonomously (Desirable)
  • A customer-focused approach
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A can-do attitude, driven to get the job done safely while working within guidelines
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships
