Job Description:

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our prestigious account.

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled Project Accountant with experience in coordinating month-end accruals and project accounting reporting processes, as well as managing monthly, forecast, and budget aspects of capex reporting.

Responsibilities include collaborating with offshore Project Managers to achieve budget and forecast targets, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing stakeholder management and client engagement support.

Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement through the identification and implementation of reporting, process, and control enhancements.

Other responsibilities include managing ad-hoc queries and supporting compliance with regulatory policies while ensuring finance-related contract KPIs are met.

Requirements:
  • Australian Citizen
  • At least 3+ years post-qualification experience (CA or CPA)
  • Project accounting experience desirable
  • Advanced financial analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong Excel proficiency including financial modeling and analysis capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex deliverables with competing timelines
  • Strong attention to detail with strategic thinking abilities
