Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to support our financial advisors in implementing client financial plans and reviewing strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing proactive support to financial advisors to implement clients' financial plans and review strategies
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to collect client information and inform of any changes to their financial strategy
  • Completing and following up all administration activities associated with agreed financial planning strategies and review implementation
  • Ensuring the accurate recording of client details on internal systems and external agencies
  • Identifying discrepancies with client data and taking ownership to correct
