Ambulance Finance Officer.

About the Job:
The team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and financial outcomes. We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Financial Transaction Service Team as an Ambulance Finance Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing customer service engagements for debt resolution, identifying and investigating mismatched information on patient files, assisting patients with invoice resolution, undertaking accounts receivable tasks, engaging with customers, maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:
Proven customer service skills, highly developed communication skills, high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, quality control. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
