Job Title: Senior Technical Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Artist to join our team at Arkose Labs Inc. in Melbourne, Australia. As a Senior Technical Artist, you will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art captcha challenges using Blender and Python.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and develop captcha challenges using Blender and Python
  • Work with the team to design and implement new puzzle ideas
  • Validate metrics for puzzle solvability on real humans and automation techniques
  • Develop internal tooling and automation to improve processes
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with 3D software, including at least 2 years with Blender
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role as a Technical Artist
  • Proven competency working with Python
  • Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Asset management experience
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in cyber security
  • Degree or experience in Games Design, 3D Animation, or equivalent
  • Game concept prototyping/POCs
  • 3D modeling and sculpting (Zbrush/Blender)
