As a senior leader in aged care, you will oversee our allied health and home modification services, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients and their families.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of allied health professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery outcomes.
- Maintain high-quality care and ensure compliance with aged care standards.
- Foster collaboration and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
What You Need
- Leadership experience within aged care or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage teams, drive change, and achieve results.
- A sound understanding of aged care standards and best practices.
- Strong people management and coaching skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Degree qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy) with relevant registration.
