CatholicCare is a growing organisation that supports young people aged 11-18 in Out of Home Care. We are seeking passionate Youth Workers to join our team and make a real impact.

We are looking for individuals who possess a Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Community Services or Youth Work (or willingness to enroll), as well as experience supporting young people with trauma, disabilities, or complex needs.

  • Strong boundaries, resilience, and a heart for service are essential qualities for this role.
  • A trauma-informed, therapeutic approach is also required.

As a Youth Worker, you will be working on a 24/7 rotating roster (including sleepovers and awake shifts) with rosters provided two weeks in advance.
