We are seeking a highly skilled Liquidity Analyst to join our team. As a Liquidity Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the measurement, analysis and reporting of our liquidity position.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the team with day-to-day measurement, analysis and reporting of liquidity position and meeting regulatory reporting requirements.
- Be involved in developing and enhancing quantitative liquidity modelling infrastructure to maximise benefits for all areas of the organisation.
- Conduct data analysis and mining on liquidity data to inform business decisions.
- Support other functions including system architecture and design, data within systems and data extraction and utilization.
This is a permanent full-time position with flexible work options, offering a hybrid model of minimum three days per week based out of our Melbourne, Adelaide, or Bendigo corporate office.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Tertiary qualifications in Banking and Finance, Commerce, Risk Management, Information Technology or quantitative disciplines such as Engineering, Mathematics or Actuarial Science.
- Proficiency in coding, with R and/or SQL advantageous.
- Highly skilled Microsoft Excel user with experience in variety of Excel functions, building complex formulas and use of multi-sheet and multi-workbook reporting frameworks.
- Knowledge of Power BI highly regarded.
- Quantitative analytical capability highly regarded.
- Previous Treasury experience highly regarded, especially Liquidity Risk.
