Unlock Your Potential as a Retail Store Manager

Stratco, an Australian-owned innovator, manufacturer, and marketer of quality building and renovation solutions, is seeking a Retail Store Manager for its Carrara store. As part of our collaborative Retail team, you will report to the QLD Retail Manager.

Job Description:

  • Lead the team of our Carrara store and be a key point of contact with customers
  • Plan resources, ensure daily sales plans are achieved, and maintain a culture of safety
  • Develop product knowledge, design skills, and understand customer expectations
  • Close working relationships with stakeholders from manufacturing, finance, and merchandise teams
  • Liaison directly with Trade Account Customers and General Customers
  • Foster a positive selling attitude and empower your team to sell
  • Roster management and development of training programs
  • Performance coaching and development
  • Enquiries follow up and conversation management
  • Inventory management
  • Collaborate with team members, other business areas, and projects as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A self-starter able to set goals and deliver sales targets
  • Retail and/or Trade Outlet experience
  • Ability to coach and develop your team
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
