Nursing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Midwife to join our family-friendly and supportive Maternity team at Prospero Health & Social Care.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Nursing and Health Management or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Maternity care. A current registration with APHRA as a Registered Midwife is essential.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to provide high-quality services during the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal episodes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical leadership and expertise in Maternity care
- Collaborating with Obstetricians and Pediatricians to deliver optimal patient-centered care
- Operating confidently in Delivery Suite, Antenatal, Special Care, and Postnatal Units
The successful candidate will be proficient in computer skills and experience with computerized reporting systems. They will also possess excellent communication and time management skills, with a commitment to continuous quality improvement and professional development.
The rates offered for this position are higher than all private and public hospitals in NSW. Sponsorship opportunities are available for the right candidate, and relocation assistance may be provided.
