This role is based in a vibrant office location with flexible work arrangements available. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) standards are met, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop smarter solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Elevate client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and solution implementation.
  • Apply industry best practices and ensure design compliance.
  • Create detailed technical reports and engineering drawings.
  • Review and enhance engineering designs and project documents.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to business growth through bid and tender preparation.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience in transport infrastructure, preferably with multidisciplinary project exposure.
  • Strong understanding of QLD TMR standards.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform technical analysis.
  • Proficiency in using engineering software and preparing technical reports.
  • A collaborative mindset, adaptability, and solutions-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
