We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at Corio.

Our client's hearing healthcare group is a world leader, offering solutions and services to help people with hearing loss. They have over 350 clinics across Australia, providing hearing services to valued clients.

This role is pivotal in each clinic, contributing to performance and enhancing customer experience. As a Healthcare Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with clinicians and hearing technicians to provide quality hearing healthcare outcomes for all clients.

You will be responsible for expertly applying tailored client-specific sales strategies, ensuring the best possible solutions for clients. To succeed in this role, you will need previous administration or customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients
  • Flexibility and willingness to support other nearby clinics
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification
  • Advanced computer literacy skills
