Production Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Production Team Member in our Moorabbin manufacturing facility.

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating high-speed production and process equipment, managing packaging and product changeovers, and monitoring production activity.

  • Manage packaging and product changeovers efficiently.
  • Clean equipment thoroughly and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Process ingredients and batch make products accurately.
  • Monitor production activity closely, escalating any issues that impact production targets.
  • Use systems to accurately report on production data and quality checks.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Available to work flexible shifts, including day and night shifts, 7 days a week.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on staying ahead of tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage daily tasks, breakdowns, quality, and safety issues effectively.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and understand production lines.
  • A disciplined attitude towards working safely in your environment and around the plant.
