Centre Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Director to lead our Green Leaves West Lakes team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for championing our Green Leaves Commitments and embedding a culture of connection, kindness, and excellence within the centre.
Key Responsibilities- Run a smooth and efficient operation, prioritizing the needs of children and families
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
- Lead and inspire a team of passionate educators to achieve best practices
- Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation, championing quality education
- Build meaningful connections with local families and networks, fostering a sense of community
- Deliver high-quality tours and orientations, creating memorable experiences for families

- Hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working with Children's Check, Police Check, and PRODA
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates
- Hands-on experience running a centre, including effective rostering and wage control
- Strong team leadership abilities, with experience leading, inspiring, and developing a team of professional educators
- Strong knowledge of computer skills, including Qikkids, CCMS, and ISS
