We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Director to lead our Green Leaves West Lakes team. As a champion of our Green Leaves Commitments, you'll be responsible for embedding a culture of connection, kindness, and excellence within the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run a smooth and efficient operation while prioritizing the needs of children and families
  • Navigate industry regulations, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Lead a team of passionate educators to achieve best practices and inspire excellence
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract top talent and build a high-performing team
  • Oversee classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation to ensure high-quality education
  • Build meaningful connections with local families and networks to foster a sense of community
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for families

About You:

  • Hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working with Children's Check, Police Check, and PRODA
  • Current Child Protection Training or willingness
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates
  • Hands-on experience running a centre, including effective rostering and wage control, and guiding a large team's performance
  • Strong team leadership abilities and experience leading, inspiring, and developing a team of professional educators
  • Strong knowledge of computer skills, including Qikkids, CCMS, and ISS
