**Our Laboratory Operations Manager Role**

At our Wonthaggi laboratory, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our laboratory operations.

This key position will play a critical role in guiding and training laboratory employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their job roles effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day laboratory operations
  • Guiding and training laboratory staff
  • Setting performance standards and reviewing team performance
  • Ensuring tests are performed correctly and within specified turnaround timeframes
  • Investigating and resolving technical difficulties

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Science or Applied Science (MLS)
  • Extensive relevant laboratory experience
  • Superior technical prowess and problem-solving ability
  • Sound strategic knowledge and drive to continually improve and expand our service
