Production Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Production Associate to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line.

  • Unpack and sort incoming goods, performing a quality check on each item;
  • Provide timely and high-quality delivery of ingredients to the production line;
  • FOLLOW guidelines for proper assembly of meal kits;
  • Work on the assembly line packing meal kits for our customers to enjoy their cooking experience;
  • Support and follow direction from managers and supervisors regarding line performance;

Requirements:

  • Able to work Mondays through to Saturday as operationally required;
  • Ability to work unlimited hours - 6am - 8pm (varied shifts available);
  • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (2-5 degrees C);
  • Must have a current COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (Double Dose, minimum);
  • Possess a keen eye for detail;
  • Basic knowledge of the food industry;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Can exercise good judgement and think creatively;
  • Adapts well to changes that inevitably come along with an evolving business;
  • Conversational level of English (ability to read, interpret and take direction in English);
  • Enjoy working in a production/warehouse environment with first experiences in these areas.
