As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating billing batches and invoices within set timeframes. This involves ensuring accurate information is gathered and entered, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in finance administration roles, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills. You will also need to be able to prioritize and process high volumes of claims/invoices, as well as respond to queries and complaints or escalate as necessary.

We are seeking an individual who can provide exceptional support to our team, while working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Responsibilities
  • Creating electronic billing batches and invoices within specified timeframes
  • Completing self-assessments to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Responding to queries and complaints or escalating as necessary
Requirements
  • Previous experience in finance administration roles
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and process high volumes of claims/invoices in a fast-paced environment
  • Hold a current National Police Certificate
  • Provide proof of a Covid-19 vaccination certificate
