We are seeking a visionary Portfolio Office Lead to join our team and drive excellence across our portfolio and project management practices.

About the Role

This strategic position is pivotal in ensuring visibility, governance, and continuous improvement. As a Portfolio Office Lead, you will be responsible for providing analysis and reporting on portfolio and project health and progress, including financial management and benefits realization.

You will liaise with Program Leads and Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Additionally, you will report to the Head of Portfolio and Enterprise Change and have line management responsibility for one Portfolio Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level analysis and reporting on portfolio and project performance
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Proven track record of running a Portfolio Management Office or delivering programs on time and on budget
  • Critical skills in program and project health reporting, decision making, influencing, and financial acumen
  • Ability to provide strategic oversight and develop meaningful reports and data-driven insights
