This is a casual or full-time position at Snooze Hawthorn, requiring a passionate communicator who can present in a self-assured, authentic manner.

We seek someone who knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience.

In this role, you will work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

You'll be responsible for

  • Building relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions
  • Collaborating with your team in day-to-day store operations – merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor to deliver an awesome customer experience

You bring

  • Retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred, but not essential)
  • Customer-centric behaviors
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • The ability to use a computer
  • The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
  • The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
