Nursing Career Opportunities in Aged Care

Our Graduate Program includes four, 3-month long placements over 12 months, covering the following areas of Nursing:
  • Assessment & Care Planning of the Older Person
  • Complex Health Care Needs
  • Caring for residents living with dementia
  • Leadership

About you:
  • You will have a Bachelor of Nursing, with an AHPRA registration
  • You will have high level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • You will have clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
  • You will have a solid understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role
  • You will be able to commit to the 12-month duration of the Program
