This is a full-time 24-month temporary role with an opportunity for extension. It involves delivering high-quality support to students and digital systems, managing multi-partner client relationships, and championing retention and completion of students to ensure excellence in customer experience.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have strong customer service skills and be able to outline why you are suitable for this position. You will work collaboratively to maximize student enrolments and champion excellence in customer experience.
