Merchandiser Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Merchandiser Representative to serve our valued customers in the Shepparton and Echuca area. This casual position offers approximately 6 hours of work per week.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Represent market-leading Toro & Pope brands at Bunnings stores.
  • Manage point-of-sale displays, inventory accuracy, and build/maintain effective displays.
  • Optimize in-store sales opportunities and foster quality relationships with key store personnel.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

About This Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in retail merchandising and has strong communication skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed effectively and that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and high initiative.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills.
  • Retail merchandising and planogram/relay experience preferred but not essential.
  • Interest in gardening or turf care products advantageous.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying hours/days due to business needs and seasonal periods.
  • Reliable vehicle, current driver's license, and comprehensive car insurance.
  • Reside in Shepparton or Echuca.
