About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Partner to join our team at 5060 Kyndryl Australia Pty Ltd. As a Customer Partner, you will be responsible for driving account growth, developing and executing innovative account strategies, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead proactive account growth, focusing on acquiring new business and minimizing erosion in renewals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow and retain Kyndryl's most valuable accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless management process from initial prospecting to closing deals.
- Manage one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, generate new opportunities, and expand existing work.
- Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with our partners to drive Kyndryl to new heights.
- Provide innovative solutions and position Kyndryl as a market leader.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance, maintaining a stellar reputation.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with more than 10 years of experience managing account P&L within the FSS industry. You should have experience working with services companies, system integrators, or complex services platform providers. A deep understanding of business and technology trends and industry best practices is essential. You should also have extensive experience managing the sales process end-to-end and a proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, profitability, and risk assessment.
