Lead Airworthiness Specialist

- Ongoing management and optimization of the military design organization exposition.
- Liaison with authorities and coordination on airworthiness and aircraft environmental protection matters.
- Preparation of airworthiness certification programs
- Development, improvement and effectiveness of the airworthiness Design Assurance System.
- Delegation of Office of Airworthiness functions
- Verification of activities required to support type design or repair activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Aerospace engineering or other suitable engineering discipline. Registration with the Board of Professional Engineers of Qld is required.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience relating to design and certification of aircraft modifications and repairs.
- Experience in development of compliant engineering management systems is highly desirable.
