Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating staffing, resource allocation, and scheduling to maximize workflow efficiency and drive business results
  • Ensuring operational compliance with procedures and safety standards, mitigating risks and ensuring a safe working environment
  • Monitoring inventory levels, managing stock movement, and maintaining accurate reporting to inform business decisions
  • Leading commercial fit-outs and delivery logistics, driving projects forward and achieving desired outcomes
  • Driving the implementation of corporate strategies and continuous process improvement, identifying opportunities for growth and development
  • Couching and managing team performance with clear KPIs and accountability, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement
  • Engaging in sales activity, customer interactions, and showroom presentation as needed, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Taking full responsibility for branch-level reporting, budgeting, and operational metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
