High Quality Product Manufacturing Specialist

At our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for executing manufacturing activities to ensure production goals are met and products are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities- Follow approved manufacturing and testing instructions to produce high-quality In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products.
- Operate equipment to dispense and package finished goods.
- Perform large- and small-scale formulation and filtration of solutions and gels.
- Accurately record material movement using enterprise resource planning systems.
- Carry out in-process quality control checks and collect QC samples.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic production environment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Follow Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) principles at all times.
- Work closely with production supervisors and engineers on process improvement and validation initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Awareness of hygiene and safety practices.
- Qualifications: Secondary education or equivalent; further studies in science or technical fields an asset.
