Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description

As a manufacturing specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

You will be responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and other quality documents. Additionally, you will test and analyze raw materials, manufactured goods, and purchased items to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and other quality documents.
  • Test and analyze raw materials, manufactured goods, and purchased items to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with chemists or formulation specialists on new product scale-ups, raw material substitutions, and trial productions.
  • Drive process improvements, conduct audits, and participate in quality and production-related processes.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving quality-related issues, aiming for best practice outcomes.
  • Conduct quality audits to support continuous improvement within our facilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of quality management systems (QMS).
