Clinical Trials Operations Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Leader to oversee the operation of our clinical trials supply chain service. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical expertise.
About the Role
The Clinical Team Leader will be responsible for verifying operation jobs under the supervision of a Depot Pharmacist or Manager. They will also maintain deep knowledge of protocols to provide instructions to staff.
Main Responsibilities
- Fulfils Technical Representative responsibilities in Clinical Trials Supply Chain Service, adhering to legal requirements.
- Maintains established procedures for quality assurance, security, and record keeping.
- Ensures regulatory compliance standards are met.
- Monitors staff performance to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Liaises with other departments to create timely reports.
- Responsible for planning and tracking daily orders and activities.
