Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-profile events that showcase our hotel's unique offerings.

About the Role
  • Plan and coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment rental.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide recommendations to ensure a successful event.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within budget.
  • Cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
Requirements
